Pastor J. Howard & Joanne Jones
Pastors J. Howard & Joanne Jones have been lead pastors of The River since 1987. They have a passion for seeing God move throughout our region. Pastor Jones is an apostle and mentor to pastors and has a heart for revival. Pastor Joanne is the youth pastor as well as the leader over the RUTH ministry and the River Bible College.

Pastors Paul & Kim McPeek
Pastors Paul & Kim McPeek have been in ministry for over 20 years at The River. Paul is the business administrator and leads the worship team. Both Paul and Kim oversee various functions of the building.

Pastor Lisa has been serving the River since 2004.
Media Director
Colton Edwards
Colton Edwards serves as the ministry development and technical director. He is an accomplished musician, an anointed worshiper and part of the River band. Colton works with Pastor Jones as an assistant.

Pastors Bernie & Vicki Starr
Pastors Bernie and Vicki Starr are visionaries who lead the development, training and implementation of ministries at The River. Vicki is on the worship team and is an experienced worship leader. Pastor Bernie has a creative mind and innovative in working with leaders to fulfil the vision! The Starrs have been in ministry for over 20 years.
Pastoral Care
Pastors Alan & Kim Menser
Pastors Alan & Kim Menser are seasoned leaders with a heart for evangelism, training, and discipleship. They are in Hopkins County Jail chaplains. Kim is a member of the worship team. Pastor Alan leads leads the New Believer’s Ministry and works with developing evangelists and is an excellent teacher.
Missionaries & Campus Pastors
Pastors Darrell & Darlene Dakin
Pastors Darrell & Darlene function as missionaries to Honduras and also as pastors of Living Waters Church in Cadiz KY. They are the founders of Aarons Mission and Outreach. They have decades of ministry experience. Darlene also serves at The River working in an administrative capacity and leads the women’s ministries on both campuses.
